Parmesan Broth with Swiss Chard and White Beans

  1. Don't skimp on any ingredient with this soup. It is absolutely perfect the way it is...the parmesan rinds, red chili, touch of lemon. Superb. It's my new favorite food.

  2. We loved this soup!! It's perfect on a cold winter night... and any other time for that matter. Don't skimp on the bread either - toasted and dipped in the broth - delicious!
