Braised Lamb with Syrah Jus

  1. We were lucky enough to enjoy this dish at a friend's house. It has a wonderful twist with braised lamb shanks served off the bone. Don't miss the Morel and Sweet Pea Risotto that is suggested as a paring. The two are to die for!

  2. Arugula salad with fresh tangerines, marcona almonds, fennel and shaved ricotta salata added to this great menu!
